レベルを上げていければと考えております。
マレーシアの情報をお届けする為、このブログを立ち上げましたが、これがなかなか
難しく上手に表現が出来ない状況です。😥
＊まさに千里の道も1歩から状態で...。
今年の年末までにはこの立ち上げ記事を読み返し、なんてことだ・・・と自分を
見つめ直せるレベルに達したいという思いです。👍

I would like to show useful information in Malaysia, but now it's not easy...
Hopefully, until end of this year 2021, I believe that I would like to be more expert
on blogging than now.
マレーシアは2021年2月14日現在もCMCOという、行動制限付きの状況下に
置かれています。
＊ 行動制限とは、例えば自分の州外へは出てはいけない、レストランの店内での飲食は
2名まで、車の乗車（個人利用の場合）は2名までなどの条件がついた中で、行動を
しなければなりません。
そんな中、今日はバレンタインデーということもあり、妻と2人で食事をした魚料理がメインのローカルレストランをご紹介したいと思います。(東マレーシア サバ州出身）
Malaysia is now still under *CMCO.
*CMCO : people are not allowed to visit next state without approval letter,
only 2 persons are allowed in a car & restaurant, etc...
Despite the situation, I would like to lighten up the mood since it's Valentines Day and introduce you for some nice local restaurant, that I and my wife have visited. This restaurant has a specialty for fish & prawn dishes from east Malaysia SABAH state.

真向いのエリアの中にあります。

＜料理＞
・Special Keratang Noodle
揚げた面にあっさりしたあんかけがかかっていて
食べやすい、優しい塩味のするどこか懐かしい味。
辛くないので、お子さんにも食べやすいかと思います。
「あん」はトロミがあまりなく、サラサラしています。
エビ、白身魚のフライ、野菜がはいっています。

This Chinese dish consists of a bed of crispy noodles, topped with stir-fried vegetables, fish and prawns that is very tasty and crunchy.
I highly recommend this since it's not spicy and
kids can also eat it at the same time.
＜その他の料理＞
（感想）
揚げた白身魚がサイドディッシュについているチャーハン。こちらも辛くなく、優しい塩味でお子さんにも食べやすい味でした。

This fried rice has a very mild salty taste and fried fish
on the sides, and kids can also eat this.

マレーシアに来た際には是非とも行ってみてください。
